It all started with a Dry Disconnect Coupling (DDC) in 1995. Today we offer customised solutions for future fuels in projects all over the world – with the widest product range in the world. With MannTek, you will get solutions for LNG, methanol, carbon capture and ammonia, alongside hydrogen solutions for the road, the sea, and even air and space.

Through skilful dedicated teams, automated computer-controlled pressure testing and independent operators responsible for quality and total production cycle, we guarantee quality and safety beyond the limits.

One piece production
To ensure an efficient process we practice one-piece-production – or just-in-time manufacturing. That means that parts can be made available when they are needed in the quantity that is needed. At MannTek, independent operators are responsible for quality and the total production cycle. We also have automated computer-controlled pressure testing and short set-up time for rush orders. This means no or minimized production planning thanks to dedicated personnel.
100% traceability
At MannTek we ensure full material traceability for all components. Our couplings and transfer solutions get their own identification number. The ID number makes it possible to trace full material certificates retroactively. All our test cycle data and the identity of the picker and the assembler/tester are recorded.
Cryogenic testing
We ensure that all components are cryogenic tested before delivery. At MannTek we have all facilities on site for cryogenic tests. We also offer Factory acceptance test (FAT) on site, available for complete transfer systems.
From Mariestad to the world
We sell our products worldwide with 99% export share. MannTek is situated in Mariestad, Sweden and a part of the global organisation Elaflex with headquarters situated in Hamburg, Germany. We have sales representatives in Holland, United Kingdom, Argentina and Germany. We also have affiliated companies in India, China and United Arab Emirates.
