Rail Tankers (RTC) and Dry Disconnect Couplings

2", 3" and 4" Dry Disconnect Couplings for transfer of liquids from manufacturing plants to RTC such as Ammonia, Acrylonitrile, Propylene Oxide, Ethylene Oxide, Benzene, Ethanol, Jet fuel e.t.c.
The Rail Tankers (RTC´s) are (off)loaded by loading arms or hoses equipped with Dry Disconnect Coupling Hose units. Size 1" for sampling, 2" for vapour recovery and 3" or 4" for liquid lines.
Most common material used is Stainless Steel with a wide variety of seals.

Used for bottom and top loading/unloading of Chemicals, Petrochemicals and Gases, such as:

  • Acrylic Acid  -Ammonia  -Benzene  -Ethanol  -Ethylene Oxide
  • LPG (Propane & Butane)  -Propylene Oxide  -Vinyl Chloride Monomere

Main products:

  • Flanged tank units 2“, 3“ & 4“, approved as second enclosure
  • 3“ and 4“ for liquid phase.
  • 2“ for vapour recovery
  • Pressure tight caps, approved as second or third enclosure

  • Loading / Unloading of Ammonia using 3“ DDC for liquid phase and 2“ DDC for vapour recovery.
  • Unloading of Jet A1 at Arlanda Airport using DDC 4“.
  • Unloading of Benzene at Novapex in France using DDC 3“.
