About the position
You will be an important part of our team. Your role will involve constantly developing and improving our products, ensuring product quality in our range concerning durability, market demands, suppliers, and authorities’ requirements.
As a design engineer with us, you will work on developing new products and maintaining the existing range. The work involves design and drawing work, documentation, and outcome testing. The focus is on ensuring good product quality with cost-effective solutions and offering our customers new exciting products in an expanding industry.
You will work closely with our customers and will also be out in the field to practically find solutions to customers’ challenges. Occasional travel may be required.
Who are you?
The most important thing for us is that you have a passion for technology, and you should have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree or other education (at least a high school engineer) combined with work experience or a strong technical interest. Practical experience through hobbies or previous employment is meritorious and provides a good foundation.
As a person, you are structured, communicative, and responsible. We value self-drive and a willingness to contribute, as well as being proactive and results-focused. With us, you get the opportunity to work as a design engineer in an exciting and international environment with great freedom to influence your tasks and development.
Since we operate in an international environment, it is required that you can communicate fluently in English, both spoken and in writing. The knowledge of other languages is a plus. Swedish is not a requirement.
We are primarily looking for a design engineer who has experience handling various tasks. You enjoy taking on technical challenges in a sometimes high-paced environment, where the customer’s needs are a primary focus. You should have good experience with drawing work and working in CAD (Inventor and Vault).
Other
Do you feel that you are the right person for us, and possess the qualities we are looking for, but lack experience in CAD or the specific CAD program we use? Then we still welcome your application. We value personality foremost – and for the right candidate we can, if necessary, jointly form a development plan and offer possible training.
